We have delivered in excess of £40m of construction work on the Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust estate in the past 10 years, most recently emergency COVID-19 works and the Acute Medical Unit, and having witnessed the exceptional levels of care being provided by all staff members at the Trust we are pleased to sponsor the 2023 awards to recognise their hard work and outstanding efforts.

KTA

KTA Architects have been working closely with the Trust over the years and delivered some key projects to assist the Trust to deliver their vision for the future. This helps support staff, visitors and the community by creating a fit-for-purpose environment for everyone to enjoy. Having engaged with staff to deliver designs, we acknowledge the huge hard work and dedication that goes in to running day-to-day activities and beyond.

We feel it very important for KTA Architects to recognise this and support this amazing Award and celebrate the success delivered by the staff.

PSB Scaffolding

PSB Scaffolding have been A major supplier of specialist scaffolding services to the South West for over 40 years.

Our aim is to provide a highly professional, safe, contract scaffolding service throughout the South West of England. To always strive to exceed our customers expectations, in terms of quality, safety and service, to be the best that we can be, to build on confidence and trust for the future. We have been providing our services to the NHS trust as a preferred contractor for many years, including throughout the resent pandemic. We are currently undertaking a major contract to provide access to the main tower block at Torbay Hospital.

It is a great honour to have been selected to help play a small part in looking after the NHS, whilst the NHS continues to look after us, our colleagues, friends and families.

Bailey Partnership

Bailey Partnership is an award-winning construction consultancy practice. Founded in 1971  Bailey Partnership now employs more than 130 staff within eight offices across England. We provide an integrated consultancy service covering all aspects of the design, planning, engineering, procurement, safety, management and maintenance of the built environment. With a strong record of experience and achievement, we strive to exceed client expectations by delivering high-quality solutions which exhibit design excellence and innovation.

Bailey Partnership is proud of our continued collaboration with Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust. Over the years, we have successfully executed a variety of projects, across many of our disciplines. We have been extensively involved in the new Endoscopy and the new Twin Theatre modular buildings, including the associated remodelling and refurbishment of the adjacent linked existing hospital spaces and general external works improvements, along with other projects across the estate including the steam main upgrade, heat exchanger works and access control upgrades. 

Most recently we have provided interior design services for the proposed new Clinical Hub Building, ensuring biophilic design principles help facilitate the health, wellbeing and recovery of those using the spaces, within this state of the art facility. Our continued partnership reflects a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions in healthcare settings and its infrastructure.
